ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We reserve the right to add additional costs if properties are excessively large or overstocked with furniture / equipment. Rooms included: Kitchen, Reception room x 1, Hallways, Bedrooms and Main Bathroom. Additional rooms: Dining rooms, (through Lounge/ Dining rooms will be counted as 2 rooms), extra Bath/ Shower rooms, WC's, Conservatories, Cellars, Gardens, furnished Balconies and house exterior will be charged at £10 per room unfurnished and £15 per room furnished. For heavily furnished properties, please call with a description for a cost.We require 24 hours notice to cancel or postpone a planned visit. Failure to do so will result in a £60.00 cancellation charge. You will be provided with 2 copies of the DVD. Addtional copies are charged at £25 each. We keep all inventories on file for 12 months only. Inventory up-dates/ re-types will be charged at £25 on top of the check-in fee if not our original document.
